About Laura:
I strive to facilitate insight, positive change, & growth for young adults and adults. In my work, I consider collaboration and the therapeutic relationship to be the foundation of change and healing. I help individuals overcome difficulties such as eating disorders, adjustment to college, grief & loss, and relationship concerns.
I am currently offering in-person and online therapy (or teletherapy) to help make therapy accessible to as many people as possible. Online counseling is easy to access and just as effective as in-person therapy.
