About AIMEE:

I’m Aimee, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 10 years of experience working with individuals and couples. I’m especially drawn to helping couples navigate conflict, big emotions, and the patterns that can leave both people feeling frustrated or misunderstood.

My approach is warm, direct, and honest. I’ll meet you with curiosity and compassion, and I’ll also challenge you when I think it could help. I’m less interested in figuring out who’s right and more interested in understanding what’s happening between you, why certain patterns keep showing up, and what it might look like to do things differently.

I also work with individuals navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, women’s issues, and life transitions. Whether we’re exploring your relationships with others or your relationship with yourself, my goal is to help you better understand what you’re experiencing and make meaningful changes that extend beyond our sessions.

You don’t have to agree on everything, communicate perfectly, or have it all figured out. There’s room to be human here.
