Now Hiring: Part-Time Therapist (LPC-MHSP or LCSW)

Tulip Tree Counseling is looking for a compassionate and skilled part-time therapist to join our team! We are a Brentwood-based practice (also serving Tennessee and Massachusetts via telehealth) specializing in trauma, anxiety, ADHD, and personal development. We are looking to expand our current specialties by bringing on someone who specializes in working with neurodivergent clients and/or couples and families. Our approach is rooted in authenticity, evidence-based care, and collaboration.

We are seeking a licensed therapist who is passionate about working with women navigating life’s challenges, including trauma, anxiety, and identity development. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to be part of a supportive and growth-oriented practice.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-time (8-15 client sessions per week)

• Location: Hybrid (in-person sessions in Brentwood; telehealth)

• Licensure Required: LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent (must be fully licensed in Tennessee or Massachusetts)

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with neurodivergent clients and/or couples and families

• Committed to providing affirming, inclusive, and evidence-based care

• Values authenticity, transparency, and collaboration in therapy

• Comfortable working independently while being part of a supportive team

• Available for a mix of afternoon/evening hours and/or weekends (ideal available for in-person Mondays & Wednesdays)
